About Abigail

The Agents Who Last Aren't the Most Motivated. They're the Most Structured.

19 years inside real estate. 9 years coaching top producers. I build what holds a business together once motivation runs out — one client at a time.

I Didn't Have a Plan.
I Had a Reset.

THE RESET

I went into the Army because I was headed down the wrong path.

Not because I had a plan. Because I needed one.

I came out knowing one thing clearly. Without a plan, people default to whatever is urgent. And urgent is rarely the same thing as important.

When I got into real estate, I was not the agent closing deals. I was the one building what made closing deals possible.

I was the Director of Operations for The Hightower Team, one of the top-producing teams in the KW worldwide system.

I hired the people. Built the systems. Watched every deal move through the pipeline. And from where I stood, I could see everything the producer could not.

The agents who struggled were not struggling because they lacked ambition.

They had a great month and then chased the next deal from scratch. Their follow-up slipped. Their lead generation stopped.

Their pipeline emptied.

And they had no idea why, because nobody had ever built anything underneath the work to hold it together.

So I moved into coaching. Nine years at the largest KW office in the Colorado Region. Coaching 40% of the market center's top producers. Producing the Rookie of the Year seven out of nine years.

Watching the same pattern repeat itself across different agents, seasons, and markets. The problem was never effort. It was always the same missing thing underneath it.

THE DISCOVERY

THE BUILD

AKH Coaching is built around one belief.

The agents who last are not the most motivated. They are the most structured. That is what I build. One client at a time.

Four Rules I've Never Broken With a Client

I have always operated by a short list of rules.

1.

The truth is more useful than a compliment. I'll always give you both, but I will never trade one for the other.

2.

I don't coach to a playbook. I coach to the person. Your priorities, your season, your business.

3.

I'll never ask you to commit to something I haven't seen work up close for years.

4.

If I am going to summit a fourteener, I am going to finish it. I bring that same energy to everything I do, including how I show up for my clients.

She'll give you the roadmap and teach you how to get there based on what you actually want, not what society tells you to want.

41 Summits. Several Ironmans. Here's What That Taught Me About Coaching.

I've never believed in one-size-fits-all coaching. What works for one agent in one season of their business will not work for another.

I coach through questions, not commands.

I want to know what you actually want, not what the industry tells you to want. That conversation changes everything that comes after it.

Outside of coaching, I'm in the mountains or training for the next race. I've summited 41 of Colorado's 53 fourteeners. Several Ironman finish lines crossed.

I've been cold, exhausted, and miles from the top more times than I can count. What gets you there is never how you feel that morning. It's the preparation you did before you ever took the first step.

I coach the same way.

I show up for my clients the way I show up for a race. Fully committed, completely honest, and not going anywhere until we cross the finish line together.

I Don't Take Every Client. I Take the Ones I Know I Can Move.

The agents I work with aren't chosen at random.

I take on a select number of clients at a time, and every one of them is someone I know I can move the needle for. If you are serious about building something that lasts, I want to hear from you.

Spots are limited, and they fill quickly.

You Don't Need to
Have It Figured Out

Most people who reach out can't fully name what's not working yet, and that's fine. Tell me your role, how long you've been at this, and what you're hoping could be different.

I'll use it to prepare for our conversation, so when we talk, we can go straight into what's actually going on instead of starting from scratch.

Received! I'll be in touch soon.
